Parish Golden Jubilee Anniversary production presented by St Paul’s Centerstage Theatre. Performances will be at the St. Edward Confessor Parish Hall, 205 Jackson Avenue, Syosset. Pet Blessing

Parkway Community Church, 95 Stewart Ave., will celebrate the Blessing of the Animals at 10 a.m. All are welcomed to bring their pet or a photo of their pet for blessing. For the children, a representative from PAWS, will discuss pet adoption and will have kittens for adoption. Also, a representative from Mid Island Animal Hospital will speak to the children about animal care. Miscarriage Support Group

A safe, confidential, supportive environment to talk about what you have been through, reactions and feelings and how to move forward. You are not alone. Facilitated by a professional therapist. •Charles Wagner American Legion Post 421, founded in 1919, meets the first and third Monday of each month (July and August the post meets only the third Monday) at 8 p.m. at the Hicksville VFW Hall, 320 S. •Disabled America Veterans (DAV) was founded in 1920, is congressionally chartered and dedicated to building better lives for America’s disabled veterans and their families.
