Last week the Nassau County Girls’ Basketball Coaches Association held their annual all star dinner. Six young ladies from Division Avenue High School were honored at the dinner.
Kristine Chavez was selected as the Scholar Athlete. Taylor Calabrese, Julie Weidler, and Tiffany Rodriguez were named to the All Class Team. Rodriguez also represented Division as a member of the Nassau County Exceptional Senior Team which played a close game against a tough group of Suffolk County All Stars!
Kristen Aquila and Laura Stuart were both chosen to the All County Team, while Stuart was also named to the All New York State Team.
