Howard Abbondondelo, commissioner of the Albertson Water District was recently elected president of the board of the Nassau Suffolk Water Commissioners Association (NSWCA).
In addition, to Abbondondelo, the newly elected 2014 board includes: First Vice President Thomas P. Hand of the Massapequa Water District, Second Vice President Raymond J. Averna of the Massapequa Water District, Treasurer Karl Schweitzer of the Hicksville Water District and Secretary Andrew N. Bader of the Plainview Water District.
