Seventh grader Arianna Pahlavan was selected to attend the NYCUDL High School (New York City Urban Debate League ) debate tournament in New York City at the Institute for Collaborative Education on Jan. 25.
Pahlavan earned both first place speaker and first place team award in the policy high school novice division.
