Port Washington resident Elaine K. Hohmann passed away on Feb. 13.
She was the wife of the late Robert and beloved mother, grandmother of Maddie, Jennifer, Emma, Zoe and Jack.
The service was at Dodge-Thomas F.H in Glen Cove. Internment was at Locust Valley Cemetery.
