Alex Holtzman, a Jericho High School graduate (2006), and his band, The Greys, will be playing at Rockwood Music Hall, Stage 2 on March 17.
The band has just released their first CD called “Day Old”. Alex (second from right in photo) is the band’s singer and songwriter.
Alex, on keys, and his bandmates, Zac Goodman on guitars, Ben Brewer on bass and Zach Eldrigde on drums, will be mixing things at the show! In addition to their own stuff, The Greys will be playing a tribute to the music of Paul Simon, with special guests Cory Brill & Jon Degan on horns. All of the night’s players (and Paul Simon) hail from Long Island!
The show begins at 9 p.m. Admission is free with a one drink minimum. The venue is located at 196 Allen St., New York, NY.
