Great Neck residents joined the RxR Realty ground-breaking ceremony last week for the Ritz-Carlton residences in North Hills.
When the community of 244 residences is complete, residents will have access to 24-hour concierge service, a 25,000-sq.-ft. clubhouse with entertaining spaces, a bar and lounge, board room, screening room and indoor and outdoor pools. Prices begin at $1.2 million.
