Port Man Allegedly Takes Pics Up Woman’s Skirt

New York City police arrested a Port Washington man Monday, after they say he was caught taking pictures up a woman’s skirt in Manhattan.

Karl Sholder, 32, allegedly stuck his iPhone under a woman’s skirt and taped her as she walked up the stairs at the Union Square subway station, according to police.

Sholder is now facing felony charges.
