The Manhasset Youth Council, an agency of the Manhasset Community Fund, has organized six exciting day-trips and an overnight trip to Hershey Park as part of its Summer S.H.O.P. program. Anthony Blyskal, S.H.O.P. director, has announced a schedule that starts on Monday, June 30 and ends on Thursday, July 24. All trips are via air conditioned, video equipped coach buses. The trips are as follows:
Monster Boat Thrill Ride/ Grimaldi’s Pizza/ Brooklyn Bridge and more. – Monday, June 30 – $95
“Wicked” Broadway play – Tuesday, July 1 – $155
Hershey Park Overnight – Tuesday and Wednesday, July 8 & 9 – $295
Madame Tussauds, Ellen’s Stardust Diner, Baked by Melissa Cupcakes – Tuesday, July 15 – $90
Montauk – Thursday, July 17 – $85
Six Flags Great Adventure Theme Park – Tuesday, July 22 – $120
Splish/Splash Water Park – Thursday, July 24 – $95
The S.H.O.P. program brochure with complete details of these trips will be mailed home to Manhasset residents and is available in the Manhasset High School and Middle School’s offices.
