On Tuesday, July 1 at 2 p.m., art collector and lecturer Ivy Chang will reach back more than two thousand years into China’s history as she presents a program called The First Great Emperor of China: Qin Shi Huangdi and Qin Dynasty.  In this visual lecture you will learn about the emperor’s beliefs on ruling his empire, the Great Wall of China, the magnificent terracotta army and more.  Qin Shi Huangdi conquered all the warring states and united them into one kingdom.  He also reformed politics, the economy and culture of his kingdom.  Join us for this fascinating look into China’s past.
