Obituary: William Pitruszewicz

William Pitruszewicz, 94, of Melbourne FL, passed away peacefully on July 30, 2014 at home in Florida. Born Aug. 24, 1919, in Brooklyn, he served in World War ll in the US Army. He married Lena on April 9, 1944, had 2 children and moved to Hicksville in 1955. They lived in Hicksville until they moved to Florida in 2013. Bill and Lee just celebrated their 70th Wedding Anniversry with family and friends this past April. Loving husband to Lena, loving father to Mary Ann and Bill, loving grandfather to Bill, Chris and Bonnie and loving great grandfather to Matthew. There was a viewing and funeral in Florida Aug. 2 and 3. He will be deeply missed.
