John LeCara Sr., 92, of Hicksville passed away August 27, 2014. Beloved husband of Elizabeth. Loving father of John Jr. and Patricia. Proud grandfather of GinaRose Crowley, Robert C. Crowley, III, Justin M. Crowley, Diana LeCara and Lauren LeCara. Also leaves his brother, Anthony, sister, Nancy Gobbi and four cherished great grandchildren. A Prayer Service and burial with military honors took place Friday, Sept. 5, at Calverton National Cemetery. Arrangements were entrusted to the Arthur F. White Funeral Home, Inc.
