An 18-year-old man was shot to death in front of his Wyandanch home early Sunday morning, Suffolk County police said.

Eric Meade was standing with a group of people in the front yard of his South 26th Street home when he was shot in the head at 1:20 a.m., police said.

Relatives took the victim to Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Center in West Islip, where he was pronounced dead.
