A 50-year-old Westhampton woman died after being pinned under her vehicle in Center Moriches over the weekend.

Suffolk County police said Jennifer Feuerman was found lying on the ground in front of a home on Bowditch Lane at 7:12 p.m. Saturday.

Investigators believe that she had exited her Mercedes while it was still running and in gear when the car backed over her and pinned her under the driver’s side door, authorities said.

She was pronounced dead at the scene.

Seventh Squad detectives impounded the vehicle, are continuing the investigation and ask anyone who may have witnessed this incident to call them at 631-852-8752.
