Bring the family to Temple Sinai of Roslyn for a fun afternoon on Sunday, Feb. 8 at 2 p.m., to watch and sing along to Fiddler on the Roof, one the world’s most famous musicals.
Filled with unforgettable characters and irresistible hits, the audience will enjoy classics like “If I Were a Rich Man,” “Tradition,” “To Life,” “Sunrise, Sunset” and “Matchmaker” from this Academy Award-winning film.
Let Tevya and Golde transport you to their Ukrainian village of Anatevka in the year 1905 where a poor milkman’s love, pride and faith help him face poverty, prejudice, the oppression of czarist Russia and the romantic entanglements of his five daughters.
This is a chance to enjoy this amazing film in an engaging and interactive way like never before. Lyric sheets will be provided. To add to the fun, feel free to dress as your favorite Fiddler character.
