Fork Lane Elementary School recently welcomed basketball player David Paul of the Harlem Wizards as a prelude to an upcoming fundraiser. Paul entertained students and staff with a wide array of tricks and moves in the school gymnasium. The Wizards, a traveling team of showmen, will visit Hicksville again on March 5 to face off against the Fork Lane All-Stars at the high school. The team will feature Fork Lane staff members, led by player/coach Richard Hinnerschietz, as well as high school Principal Raymond Williams.
