A 21-year-old man died a week after crashing his car in his hometown of Lake Grove on St. Patrick’s Day.
Gregory Watson died at to Stony Brook University Hospital, where he was being treated for injuries suffered in the crash, Suffolk County police said Tuesday.
Watson was driving a Nissan SX southbound on Hawkins Avenue when he lost control of the vehicle and struck a pole at the corner of Terry Avenue at 1:35 p.m. March 17, police said.
Fourth Squad detectives impounded the vehicle, are continuing the investigation and ask anyone with information regarding this crash to call them at 631-854-8452.
