April 15 marks the second year anniversary of when Chechen brothers Dzhokhar and Tamerlan Tsarnaev plotted a deadly attack near the Boston Marathon finish line, placing two pressure cooker bombs that killed 3 people and injuring an estimated another 264. Tamerlan was killed in the manhunt but Dzhokar, who was found guilty today by a federal jury, now faces life in prison or the death penalty.

Mineola resident Barbara Stagnari and her family were luckily not injured during the attack, but endured hours of uneasiness and fear when Boylston Street erupted into a frenzy.

Stagnari was around the corner on Beacon Street when the two explosions occurred. She did not reunite with her family until three hours later at the Sheraton Hotel. Her story is quite a tale.
