A Baldwin teen was arrested in a bleach-throwing incident in Syosset on June 12.
According to detectives, Liana Brown, 16, was reprimanded by a female counselor for taking another student’s food at Mercy First on Convent Road. Cops say after she was reprimanded, Brown went to the cafeteria kitchen and returned with a cup of bleach, which she then threw into her victim’s face.
Cops say the victim was transported to a local hospital and was treated for chemical burns to her face and eyes.
Brown is charged with second-degree assault.
