A 34-year-old Centereach woman the day after she was injured in a crash in Lake Grove last week, Suffolk County police said Thursday.

Corinne Maloney was a passenger in a westbound Lincoln MKL pick-up truck that struck an eastbound Honda Crosstour, which was turning into Smithaven Mall on Route 25 at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 2, police said.

Maloney, both drivers and a passenger in the Honda were all taken to Stony Brook University Hospital, where Maloney later died.

Fourth Squad detectives impounded the vehicles, are continuing the investigation and ask anyone with information about the crash to call them at 631-854-8452.
