Construction Of The New Water Tower

It appears the new water tower has been “topped off” for a few weeks now with the tall crane flying a very non-descript orange and white flag at its top. Now, as it should have been, there is a beautiful American Flag flying briskly in the breeze. What a beautiful sight!
