Homes By Mara Realty of Syosset recently welcomed three new licensed salespeople to its staff—Jamie Colonna and Raida Obeidat of Syosset, as well as Liam Rosenberg of Dix Hills.
Colonna comes to Mara after a stint as an advertising sales planner for the Food Network and Cooking Channel before going on a two-year sabbatical to raise her young daughter and son. Obedat joins Mara as a real estate veteran for 12 years, while Rosenberg starts his realty career at Mara after graduating from Commack High School last year.
“What I find most intriguing about working in real estate is having the opportunity to see new developments in architecture and helping couples and families find their dream homes,” said Rosenberg.
Colonna said her advertising sales experience is a fine complement to her new focus in real estate.
“Regardless of industry, my overall goal has always been to provide excellent customer attention and service,” said Colonna.
Obeidat said she is happy to be part of Homes By Mara Realty’s hands-on, personalized boutique client approach and operation.
“I prefer working with a boutique real estate agency versus a large corporate agency because the tight knit communication and support offered within a boutique operation provides agents with the foundation needed for providing top notch attention and service to today’s home buyers and sellers,” said Obeidat.
