Oyster Bay Town Councilman Joseph G. Pinto (back row third from right) and Town Clerk James Altadonna Jr. (left) recently attended the Committeemen Appreciation Night & Legionnaire of the Year Award Ceremony held at American Legion Massapequa Post 1066. Councilman Pinto and Town Clerk Altadonna presented a citation to Honoree for the Legionaire of the Year Award Ralph Cavaliere (back row center) in recognition of his participation in many of Post 1066’s charitable endeavors and for earning the respect of his peers at the American Legion through his tireless work ethic, caring demeanor and unwavering patriotism. On hand for the event with Councilman Pinto and Town Clerk Altadonna in the back row (left to right) are Assemblyman Tom McKevitt, New York Senator Michael Venditto, Commander Greg Greene, Nassau County Legislator James Kennedy and Trustee Richard Begnady.
