Sheri ArbitalJacoby, managing editor of the Great Neck Record, won First Place for “Travel Diary: A 4-Part Family Trip from Long Island to Montreal and Quebec City”
from the Press Club of Long Island/Society of Professional Journalists at the 2016 Media Awards Dinner on Thursday, June 2, at the Woodbury Country Club.
Before her more than 20 years as managing editor of Working Mother magazine, she won another First Place award for Best Health and Science Reporting in a Magazine from the Press Club of Long Island.
