The SCA hosted the Staff Appreciation Luncheon for the secondary school this spring. The luncheon was conceived as a way for parents to thank the dedicated faculty, staff and administration for their hard work throughout the year.
This year’s event was co-chaired by Nancy Albanese and Kim Newman, who chose Lunch on the Beach as this year’s theme. The cafeteria was transformed with beautifully decorated beach scenes and brightly colored beach balls, and all of the parent volunteers were dressed in festive hats and leis. Of course, the star attraction of the event was the delicious array of appetizers, entrees and desserts that were prepared and generously donated by parents. Along with committee members Rosa Stein, Katie McEnroe, Victoria Hagobian and all who donated to this wonderful event, the staff enjoyed a well-deserved thank you.
