Carpenter Awarded Community Honor By NYVPA

John Carpenter’s East Meadow library film programs have for 13 years, been uniting communities together as one in an audience of education and entertainment. The New York Veteran Police Association (NYVPA) awarded Carpenter a plaque to honor his bringing people together in spite of age, race, creed, religion or sexual preference.
