Before the Parkwood Family Aquatic Center closes for the season each year, the Great Neck Park District offers residents the opportunity to bring their pups for a swim. This year, the pool remained open for an extra two weeks, and Sunday, Sept. 18, turned out to be a perfect dog day afternoon.
