College Board Recognizes 212 Levittown AP Scholars

 The College Board has recognized 212 Levittown School District students from both Division Avenue and MacArthur high schools as Advanced Placement Scholars for exceptional achievement on the May 2016 national exams.

  • 111 students qualified for the AP Scholar Award by receiving a 3 or higher on three or more exams.
  • 31 students received the AP Scholar with Honor Award by earning an average grade of 3.25 on all AP exams taken and grades of 3 or higher on four or more of those exams.
  • 58 students qualified for the AP Scholar with Distinction Award by earning an average grade of at least 3.5 on all AP exams taken and grades of 4 or higher on five or more of these exams.

    enue High School and Anthony DiMartino, Dolan Jones, Kyle Lampasona, Gregory Matousek and Jason Russo from MacArthur High School, all from the Class of 2016, received the highest designation of National AP Scholar by earning an average grade of 4 or higher on all AP exams taken and grades of 4 or higher on eight or more of these exams.
