A 46-year-old man who died after he crashed his truck in Yaphank may have suffered a medical emergency Tuesday afternoon.
Suffolk County police said he was driving a tractor trailer westbound on Zorn Boulevard when he crashed into a stone landscaping wall at 1:55 p.m.
The driver was taken to Brookhaven Memorial Hospital Medical Center in East Patchogue, where he was pronounced dead. His identity wasn’t immediately released.
Fifth Squad detectives impounded the vehicle and are continuing the investigation.
