An man was arrested for stabbing his 61-year-old wife to death in their East Norwich apartment over the weekend, Nassau County police said.
Warren M. Ducker was charged with second-degree murder.
Homicide Squad detectives said the 67-year-old suspect killed his wife, Wendy Ginsberg-Ducker, in their Pine Hollow Road home, where officers responding to a report of a medical emergency found her dead at 1:40 p.m. Sunday.
The husband was taken to a local hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries. He was scheduled to be arraigned Tuesday.
