I have known and been a neighbor of Frank Cilluffo and his family for over 15 years. Frank has always been a terrific neighbor and a warm and caring friend. During his tenure as a Commissioner of the Great Neck Park District, he has unconditionally devoted himself to the district and has done everything possible to make it a centerpiece of the community. He personally utilizes the facilities and knowns firsthand the needs of the Park District and the community. His experience and determination are unsurpassed. Frank is a selfless, devoted and tireless advocate for Great Neck and its residents. I could not think of anyone more qualified and equipped for this position. We are lucky to have him on board.
