New York Music & Arts (NYMA) commemorated its 10-year anniversary with performances at Merkin Hall of the Kaufman Center in New York City on Dec. 18. “The celebration highlighted works from current students, ages 4 to 17, as well as former students who are currently enrolled in the precollege and college division of The Julliard School and are concertizing worldwide,” said ChenXin Xu, president of the school. “400-plus people attended this celebration concert, which included instrumental soloists, duets, ballet and a children’s choir.” For more information about NYMA, visit www.nymusicandarts.com.
