Anita Vogel, 90, died on Thursday, April 6, at her home at Linda Manor in Leeds, MA. She is loved by her two sons, nephew, five grandchildren, two great grandchildren and many friends.
Born in 1926, Anita received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Hunter College on Long Island and spent most of her adult life in Great Neck with her husband, the late Alvin Vogel.
She was fluent in Spanish, an accomplished pianist, enjoyed painting, flower arranging, cooking, decorating, entertaining, traveling and was a member of many book and bridge groups.
Her graveside service was held on Sunday, April 9, at Montefiore Cemetery in Queens.
