Fall is finally underway and local shops offer lots of interesting pieces to keep you warm and fashionable this season.
“Fall is a really fun season for fashion,” said Sandy, of Infiniti JJ-Laz at 47 Middle Neck Rd.
The fashionista talked about many new styles, including bandage dresses, side stripes and vegan leather, as well as soft and comfy clothes.
If you’re not familiar with them, bandage dresses are tight and wrap around the body. They can come in a variety of colors, including stripes and black.
But tight outfits aren’t the only styles that are hot this autumn.
“Lots of mushy coziness in super-soft fabrics,” are fashionable this season, according to Sandy.
When looking around the store, shoppers will notice lots of cute and comfortable clothes, as well as fuzzy slipper-like shoes. Pieces such as toasty sweaters with contrasting colors are trending this fall, too.
Shoulderless tops with long sleeves offer a great way to be comfortable during this in-between weather. These tops come in a variety of prints like camouflage, which the store describes as the new black.
Sandy’s favorite fall trend is vegan leather jackets. Some are available with red-and-black-cuff sleeves. This outerwear can be paired nicely with a belt or black jeans.
