I would like to provide some personal insight into the incredible person I believe Mimi Hu to be and why I feel she would be an astounding addition to the Great Neck Library Board of Trustees.
I have known Mimi throughout her years of volunteerism in the Great Neck Public Schools. She is an intelligent, articulate, caring, diligent and pragmatic leader with a love of learning and an unbridled commitment to foster the same passion in others.
Through the years of conversations we have had, many concerning our wonderful schools and community, I can in all honesty state that she will work tirelessly in an admirable and dedicated manner to the benefit of the library and the community at large.
