Bayville Home That Appeared in Rescue Me Asks $2.6M

3153252-15

This luxurious beachfront post-modern home that was featured in the hit FX series Rescue Me is listed for sale at 15 Pine Park Ave. in the Village of Bayville.

The three-bedroom home has three and a half bathrooms, 2,653 square feet of living space, and is located at the end of a private road, directly on the beach with views for miles. The fictionalized version of the house burns down in the third season of the show about New York City firefighters that went off the air in 2011, the New York Post reported.  But a new house at that address remains intact and up for grabs.

The open-concept house features an eat-in kitchen, living room/dining room combo with a fireplace, office, second-floor en-suite master bedroom with a balcony, and a full basement. It comes equipped with central air conditioning. Outside it has a one-car attached garage, patio, and deck.

The owner will consider selling the house fully furnished.

The property is located near Soundside Beach Park, West Harbor Beach Memorial Park and within walking distance of downtown Bayville shops and restaurants. It’s about three miles from the Long Island Rail Road station in downtown Oyster Bay. And it’s within the highly ranked Locust Valley School District.

The asking price is $2,600,000, not including the $33,209 in annual property taxes.

The real estate agents listed for the property are Maggie Keats and Jill Berman of Douglas Elliman Real Estate.
