Ingredients
2.5 oz Gancia Prosecco DOC
0.5 oz Vodka
0.5 oz Orange Liqueur
1 oz fresh pineapple juice
1 pineapple slice (to garnish)
mint sprig (to garnish)
Method
· Add the vodka, orange liqueur and pineapple juice into an ice-filled mixing glass and stir.
· Strain into a chilled martini glass.
· Top with Gancia Prosecco DOC.
· Garnish with the pineapple wedge and mint sprig. Enjoy!
