Pasadena Elementary School proudly celebrated the ribbon-cutting ceremony for its new addition on May 14. The new facilities include a music room, art room, instrumental room, and indoor/outdoor bathrooms, significantly enhancing the resources available for students’ creative and educational development.
Before the ceremonial ribbon-cutting by Board of Education Vice President Seth Greenberg, attendees enjoyed a delightful performance by members of the fourth-grade chorus, led by music teacher Emma Catalano. The event was attended by a diverse group including administration, staff, teachers, members of the Board of Education, PTA, parents, and students, all eager to witness the unveiling of the new facilities.
“Today we celebrate not only the addition of new classrooms but the boundless opportunities they represent,” Greenberg said. “Within these walls, creativity will flourish, young minds will dream and friendships will be forged. This addition is a testament to our community’s commitment to enhancing the educational experience for our children.”
The new music room and instrumental room will provide dedicated spaces for students to explore and develop their musical talents, while the art room will offer a vibrant environment for
artistic expression. The addition of indoor/outdoor bathrooms will further improve the convenience and functionality of the school facilities.
