John Giuffre is the owner and founder of Giuffré Law Offices, P.C., and a proud resident of Stewart Manor.

Admitted to the New York bar in 1988, he is also licensed to practice in Connecticut, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and in federal courts across New York City and Long Island. Giuffre is a sustaining member of the Nassau County Bar Association, where he serves on the Ethics Committee.

Deeply involved in the local business community, Giuffre is an active member of the Floral Park Lions Club, Floral Park Chamber of Commerce, Garden City Chamber of Commerce, Covert Avenue Chamber of Commerce, and New Hyde Park Chamber of Commerce.

Public Safety: Giuffre believes that there’s nothing more important than keeping Nassau the safest county in America. As a legislator, he has supported significant investments in Nassau County’s public safety, including increased funding for the district attorney’s office, hiring more police officers, and acquiring state-of-the-art crime-fighting technology.

Taxes: Recognizing affordability as a key concern for constituents, John has always supported budgets that freeze property taxes. He is focused on reducing waste in government and protecting taxpayers.

Quality of life: Giuffre advocates for local control over zoning decisions and has opposed Gov. Hochul’s proposal to impose high-density housing on suburban neighborhoods.
