Just in time for holiday recess, the Heights cafeteria turned into a full-on gingerbread headquarters.
Tables were stacked with bright candies, tubs of frosting and mountains of graham crackers for one of the most anticipated events of the season: gingerbread house making.
Using milk cartons as their base, students and parents engineered eye-catching creations with frosting “glue,” gumdrops galore and peppermint chimneys. The result was a joyful and delicious celebration of creativity, collaboration and holiday spirit.
