Mercedes B. Franco, of Bayville and Union City, NJ, passed away at her home on July 4, 2009 at the age of 93. Wife of the late Biagio. Mother of John L. Franco, MD (Joan), and Laetitia Munro (late Scott). Grandmother of Sharon Burd (Doug), Seth Healy (Anne), Gina Marie Bonati (Richard), Melinda Conroy, DO (Steven, DO), Scott Healy, Joseph Franco, DO (Denice, DO), Jeffrey Munro, DO, Peter Franco, Tyler Munro, and Peter Munro. Great-grandmother of Nicole, Michael, Andrew, Gianna, Francesca, and Giuliana. Sister of Dorothy Cuono, Gladys Galvanoni (Aldo), and Guy Bosetti (Elizabeth). Also survived by nieces and nephews. Arrangements were made by Oyster Bay Funeral Home. Funeral Mass at St. Gertrude RC Church. Interment Madonna Cemetery, Ft. Lee, NJ.
