Obituary: Katherine Dowling

Katherine Dowling, of Hicksville, formerly of Elmont, died on Oct. 28, 2009 in her 96th year. Wife of the late Daniel Dowling and the late Alex Bellemente. Mother of Terrence (Margaret), Margaret McKenna (Thomas) and Brian (Frances). Grandmother of 10 and great-grandmother of four. The family was cared for by the Thomas F. Dalton Funeral Home, Hicksville Chapel. Mass at Our Lady of Mercy RC Church. Interment St. Charles Cemetery.
