William M. Mulligan, of Farmingdale, died on Jan. 2, 2010. He was retired from the NYPD. Husband of Kathleen (nee Ryan). Father and father- in-law of Ryan and Kathleen and Robby and Terrah. Grandfather of Emma and Fynn. Brother of Noreen Mulligan, Bryan (Laura) Mulligan, Brendan (Lesa) Mulligan, Shaw (Lora) Mulligan and Ann Marie Mulligan. Son-in-law of Ruth Ryan. Brother-in-law to Joann and Peter LaVenia, Gregory Ryan, Doreen and Tom Durante, Patricia and Jack Reynolds, Joseph and Lillian Ryan and Christine and Robert Coffey. Also survived by 21nieces and nephews. Arrangements entrusted to McCourt & Trudden Funeral Home, Farmingdale. Funeral Mass was held at St. Kilian RC Church. Cremation private.
