Obituary: Bernard J. Dougherty

Bernard J. “Doc” Dougherty, of Locust Valley, died on June 11, 2010 at age 85. Husband of Joan T. (nee Forbes). Predeceased by his parents, Gertrude and Leonard J. Sr. Brother of John J. and the late Leonard J. Jr. Uncle of Paul, Mark, John B. and Amanda. Great-uncle of Cierra. He will be greatly missed for his kindness and sense of humor by his many cousins, friends and godchildren. Visiting at the Funeral Home of Dodge-Thomas, Glen Cove.
