As a long time subscriber and admirer of your professionalism, I would like to take issue with you on one point in the June 17 editorial. Reporting on the highly successful gala which our music director put together and led on June 13, you noted “90 musicians and the church choir”. There were 93 musicians who performed under Michael Haigler’s inspired direction.
About 50 of the musicians were singers and about 33 instrumentalists.
As an alumnus of our famous choir I feel they represent the highest degree of professionalism.
