Tuttle Recognized As ‘Offensive Player of the Week’

Sal Tuttle of Farmingdale High School was recently honored as “Offensive Player of the Week” by the high school sports network, MSG Varsity.

 

In one of the best high school football games played in Nassau County this season Tuttle led his team to a 42-39 victory over Freeport High School, which is listed 13th on MSG Varsity’s Tri-State Top 25. The Hofstra-bound lacrosse player threw for 213 yards and four touchdowns, including the game winner with 35 seconds left.  He also ran for 170 yards and a touchdown.

Tuttle was featured on MSG Varsity’s popular weekly football show, “A Quick :60” with veteran sportscaster and host Mike Quick on Tuesday, Sept. 28.
