Obituary – Donald Vincent Weiss

Donald Vincent Weiss, 82, of Farmingdale, passed away March 20, 2011. Husband of 60 years to Mary (nee Garry). Father of Jerry, Kate, Bill and MaryBeth. Papa of nine grandchildren. Brother of Dorothy Rogers and Marilyn Walther. Uncle of Many. As a member of St. Vincent de Paul Society for more than 35 years, he was devoted to helping the poor and often welcomed them into his home. He spent his retirement working tirelessly as a volunteer of St. Kilian Outreach Center transporting the elderly and disabled. Arrangements were made by Arthur F. White Funeral Home. Funeral Mass was held March 24 at St. Kilian RC Church with interment at Long Island National Cemetery, Pinelawn. Donations in Donald’s name may be sent to St. Kilian Outreach (485 Conklin St. Farmingdale, NY 11735).
