Hicksville’s Memorial Day Honor Roll

The United Veterans of Hicksville and the Hicksville community remember the Sons and Daughters of Hicksville and our Nation who have made the Supreme Sacrifice during our Nation’s wars. Our Grateful Nation will always hold their memory in cherished Eternal Glory, as “They gave up their tomorrows so we can have our todays.”

The thoughts and prayers of the Commanders and members of the United Veterans of Hicksville, our legislators, clergy and community leaders are with our Gold Star Families especially our Gold Star Mothers who have endured tragic loss. The Torch of Liberty remains burning brightly on the Altar of Freedom due to the sacrifices of our Armed Forces and our combat wounded. Our nation always will remain the Land of the Free and the Home of the Brave due to their sacrifices. We await the return home of those listed as Missing In Action.
