Obituary: Ronald J. Galante

Ronald J. Galante, 67, of Bethpage, passed away Sept. 14, 2011. Husband of 42 years to Margaret (Nee Swander). Father of Ronald Jr. (Jennifer), Michael (Jodi) and Christine Rao (Raj). Grandpop to six. Son of Albert and the late Florence. Brother of Dennis Galante and Sandra Anucik. Member since 1972 of the Bethpage Volunteer Fire Dept. and ex-captain of the Fire Police. Retired Grumman employee and avid Mets fan. A Firematic service was held Sept. 17 at St. Martin of Tours RC Church with entombment at Holy Rood Cemetery.
