Priscilla M. Stay Westre Wong, a resident of Farmingdale since 1945, passed away on Mach 3, 2012 at the age of 95. Priscilla was predeceased by her first husband, Gudmund Westre, in 1950, and her second husband, Richard Wong in 2011. Mother of Katherine Westre Antonsen (the late Arild) and Georgina Westre Binder (John). Grandmother of John Lewis Binder Jr. (Jennifer) and great-grandmother of Olivia Lynn and John Lawrence Binder.
Arrangements entrusted to McCourt & Trudden Funeral Home, Farmingdale. A service of prayer and remembrance was held at the funeral home on March 5 with Pastor Jeff Wells of the Community United Methodist Church presiding. A service and prayer and committal was held graveside prior to interment at Pinelawn Memorial Park on March 6.
